2026-27 REAch2 Parent Carer Survey - Questions

Welcome to the REAch2 Parent and Carer Survey. Thank you for taking the time to share your views. Your feedback helps us understand what is working well, where we can improve and what matters most to children and families across our schools.

The survey asks about your experience of your child’s school, including communication, wellbeing, learning and opportunities, and how well we are preparing children for their future. We’ll also ask you to think further ahead and share what you believe children will need from their education in the years to come.

The survey should take approximately 10–15 minutes. Most questions ask you to indicate how strongly you agree or disagree with a statement, with Don’t know / Not applicable available where appropriate. Please answer as many questions as you can and feel comfortable answering.

Your responses are anonymous. The survey is managed by QDP, an independent organisation. QDP removes identifying information before survey responses are shared with REAch2 and your school. Please be aware that any written comments you choose to provide will be shared for review and, depending on what you write, the content of a comment could potentially identify you.

Each school will receive its own results, helping school leaders and REAch2 understand families’ experiences and identify areas for improvement. We will also use what families tell us to help inform REAch2’s priorities for the future.
