Parent/Carer Survey 2026/27 - Your Voice

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your views as they really do matter to us. Our commitment to you is that we will act on the results of this survey to make Ormiston an even better place for the children and young people in our schools.

Before you start our survey, please read the information below.

The results of this survey will:

• Be shared with trustees, trust leaders and school leaders and will be used to inform our future approach
• Be shared at a school level to ensure you are informed on the survey responses and our actions as a result.  All with aim of enabling, developing and supporting our staff teams to deliver excellent outcomes for the children and young people in our schools.
• Be used to shape our collective work and future priorities at a school and trust level.

Please give yourself time to reflect carefully on each of the questions, and we would value your written responses to the open question at the end of the survey. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.

As part of the survey, we are asking parents and carers to share your email and name with us. All responses are collected and processed by QDP Services who are an independent questionnaire data processing agency.  Unless there is a specific concern, no questionnaire will be seen by school staff and no individual survey response will be reviewed or responded to unless there is evidence that a pupil is at risk. If a question prompts you for any reason to raise a concern, please report this through the usual school channels and not through this survey.
