Help shape free Level 3 qualifications for adults in Guernsey

We want to understand what helps or gets in the way for adults in Guernsey who are thinking about upskilling, changing career, or progressing at work.

Who this survey is for

Adults aged 19 or over
Any adults who do not have Level 2 qualifications but have considered or might consider Level 3 learning
Adults who have considered, or might consider, Level 3 learning
You do not need any qualifications or learning experience to take part.

Everyone who completes the survey can choose to enter a £100 Amazon voucher prize draw.

Please note all completed questionnaires are analysed by QDP Services, an independent data processing company, who will treat all responses in the strictest confidence.

What is a Level 3 qualification?

A Level 3 qualification is a recognised, work-focused qualification that can help you get a better job, change career, or progress at work. Many are vocational, with practical, hands-on learning linked to real jobs rather than school-style exams.

Examples of Level 3 courses include:

Health & Social Care
Childcare or Early Years
Construction and Trades
Engineering
Digital or IT Support
Business and office-based roles

You may already have a Level 3 qualification if you have completed:

A levels
A BTEC
An NVQ Level 3
An advanced apprenticeship
Or a similar qualification

Adults normally have to pay to take a Level 3 qualification. This survey explores what might help or stop adults from doing their first Level 3 qualification if it were free of charge.
